Kitchens two people use at the same time

The usual failure is a single run of counter that everybody needs at the same moment. Separating the coffee and breakfast area from the sink and the range means two people can move without negotiating around each other.

That is a decision about where things sit, made early, and it costs nothing extra to get right at the drawing stage.

Working around a household that leaves early

We schedule around when the house is empty where we can, and tell you which stretches are noisy or dusty so you are not finding out at six in the morning.
