Getting more out of a small kitchen

In a compact room the wins come from the cabinetry rather than the layout. Deep drawers instead of base cabinets with doors, so you can see what is at the back. Full height storage instead of a soffit. A corner that opens properly instead of swallowing whatever goes into it.

We measure what you actually store before specifying, because a kitchen designed around somebody else's habits is a kitchen you fight for years.

Older buildings, older services

In houses of this age the wiring and the waste runs are often the constraint, not the walls. Finding that out first decides what the layout can do, and stops a plan being drawn that cannot be built for the number attached to it.
