Full-Service Home Renovations
Running a whole house renovation is a scheduling job more than a building job. Six trades, a delivery calendar and an inspection sequence, all of which have to happen in an order that nobody tells you.
What coordination actually means
Every trade is booked against the one before it. The electrician is scheduled because demolition finishes first, and the inspector comes because the electrician has finished. Move one and the rest do not simply shift along, because those people are committed elsewhere by then.
We hold that chain. You get one number to call, one schedule with dates on it, and a call when a date moves instead of finding out on the day.
- One schedule covering every trade and delivery
- Permits and inspections sequenced into the plan
- Materials ordered to arrive when the site is ready for them
- One point of contact for the whole job
- Told when a date moves, rather than discovering it
What you take on if you run it yourself
You can hire the trades directly and people do. What you are taking on is being the one who answers when the countertop crew arrives before the plumber has finished, and being home for deliveries. The saving is real and so is the job you have given yourself.
Living in it while it happens
Most people stay in the house. That works when you know which rooms are unusable and when. We tell you which stretches are worst, so you can plan around demolition and floor work rather than discovering them.

The design is the part you see. The rest is scheduling trades, chasing deliveries and keeping the sequence right so the room comes back together on time. That coordination is the service you are paying for.
One point of contact
You call one number. We handle the trades, the suppliers and the schedule between them.
Deliveries timed to the work
Cabinets and counters arrive when the site is ready, not weeks early in your garage.
A sequence that holds
Every trade knows what comes before and after, so one delay does not cascade through the job.
